That for the regiments and separate battalions of the Army Reserve: From a wreath Or and Azure, the Lexington Minute Man Proper. The statue of the Minute Man, Captain John Parker (H.H. Kitson, sculptor), stands on the Common in Lexington, Massachusetts.

Shield
The shield is blue for Infantry. The following reflect the unit's service in World War I: the red bend is from the arms of Lorraine; the eagle's head erased and gorged with a black collar charged with a gold Lorraine cross is from the supporters of the arms of St. Mihiel; and the gold oak tree is for the Meuse-Argonne. The motto signifies first, the names of the regiment's division commanders; second, "Right Would Win;" and third, perpetuation of the motto adopted in 1918-19.
Crest
The crest is that of the United States Army Reserve.
The coat of arms was originally approved for the 354th Infantry Regiment on 25 February 1929. It was redesignated for the 354th Regiment on 24 January 1962. The insignia was amended to change the blazon of the shield and to add to the symbolism on 16 February 1996.
